It certainly is no surprise that more people are traveling by car these days, and here at the park, we know many people are taking those summer road trips to Dollywood. NAPA AUTO PARTS has taken note of this and now serves as our official automotive parts, maintenance and repair partner of Dollywood. How does this affect you as a guest? Let me explain. As part of the program, NAPA also will sponsor the Dollywood parking lot vehicle assistance program, a concierge service to help guests who may experience minor automotive misfortunes during their time at the Pigeon Forge park. Not aware of our vehicle assistance program? You've come to the right place. Have you ever gone into a business and come back out, only to find your car won't start? Yeah, that would be me. As much as I love cars, I've had a few during my days that weren't always, well, reliable. Nothing ruins your day worse than that. We don't want your Dollywood day to end with the same misfortune. Enter the NAPA AUTO PARTS parking lot vehicle assistance program!




If you happen to return to your car and find a minor automotive issue-such as flat tires, dead batteries, or lost keys-simply wave down a member of the parking team who will dispatch the concierge service to the scene. They'll assess the situation and help get you back on the road. Keep in mind, our team doesn't have the capability to help fix major issues like a bad alternator or a dead fuel pump, but they can assist with those most common issues. Perhaps Carol Agee, who works with our partners, said it best. "After a day full of making memories with family, the most frustrating thing is returning to the parking lot to find your car won't start or that you have a flat tire. That's a memory no one wants.
