Most-Commonly Asked Questions About Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa

As an incredible perk, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa guests with Dollywood tickets or Season Passes receive one Dollywood TimeSaver per registered guest per day. You receive this amenity on the day you check in, the day you check out and any days in between. Read this blog to learn how to maximize your time at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort. Admission to Dollywood is not included.

Dollywood offers TimeSaver Passes and TimeSaver Unlimited Passes. Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort guests receive TimeSaver Passes with their stay and may upgrade to TimeSaver Unlimited, based on availability. The upgrade is available at the TimeSaver booth at Dollywood. (Only a set amount of Unlimited TimeSaver Passes is sold each day.)

TimeSaver offers visitors an expedited wait for eight attractions as well as reserved seats for participating shows. The Unlimited version is just that—unlimited expedited wait for all attractions as well as reserved seats for participating shows. As of March 2022, the fee for upgrading is $27.44 per pass.

Please note: Dollywood’s Splash Country TimeSaver H2O Passes are not included with your stay.

All guests of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa receive privileges such as free resort self-parking and complimentary s’mores by the fire pit. For those who have tickets or Season Passes to Dollywood, they also receive TimeSaver Passes, complimentary trolley transportation to Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country as well as early entry on Saturdays.

Guests at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa may board the first trolley at 9 a.m. on park operating days. (It begins running at 8:30 a.m. for early entry on Saturdays.) Our trolleys run in a continuous loop. Look for it every 15-20 minutes.

Riding Dollywood’s resort trolley to Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country is a great perk reserved for registered guests only. As you board, you will be asked to show your dated amenity card you receive when you check in.

While taking the trolley is a huge perk of staying at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, you may drive to Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country if you choose. See the front desk for a complimentary parking voucher.

Anyone may enjoy the DM Pantry, Lounge Bites and Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery. You do not need to be a resort guest to eat there. Reservations are recommended for Song & Hearth. You may make a reservation here.

From Starbucks products to scratch-made goodies from our pastry chef and a full-spread buffet to room- delivered cinnamon bread, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa has many breakfast options. Because breakfast is customizable, it is not included with your stay.

The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort is a full-service salon and spa. Services include hair, waxing, nails, facial and body treatments.

The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort is open to anyone. You do not have to be a resort guest to make an appointment.

Dollywood Season Passholders receive a discount on rooms at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, based on availability and subject to blackouts. (Hint: the earlier you book, the more likely you are able to score a discount.) The discount depends on your pass type: Silver- 10%, Gold- 15% and Diamond- 20%.
