Dollywood Deals: Black Friday, Cyber Monday and More!

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? Yeah, me neither.

The last few years, my wife has really started talking more about getting each other and our kids experiences for Christmas. The more we discuss it, the more it makes sense (She’s pretty smart; how about that for scoring brownie points?). We know our kids will come home with loads of gifts from all the grandparents, so why not take the chance to give them an experience which will allow us to make memories as a family. The batteries will die and the toys will go on the shelf, but the memories we make as a family that will last forever.

I know you expect me to say this, but it really is true. I’ve grown up coming to the park with my parents and grandparents. In fact, we’re planning our trips for when my parents and my wife’s parents will be able to come down to visit Dollywood for Smoky Mountain Christmas. It has been such a special place for us through the years because it’s constant and consistent. It is a place we always can depend on.

So, for those of you who love Dollywood as much as my family has always loved it, Dollywood Season Passes have always been a favorite gift. If you haven’t bought yet, these Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers may be just what you’re looking for!

Black Friday Offer

If you purchase a 2021 two-park Super Pass on Black Friday, the pass will be upgraded to include the basic Dollywood’s Splash Country Dining Plan—a savings of $40 per pass. I don’t know about you, but I like to eat. And eating for free is one of my favorite things in the world. The dining plan allows the passholder to receive a free meal AND a free snack every time they visit Dollywood’s Splash Country. Sign me up! Keep in mind, the offer is available only for new online pass purchases made Friday, Nov. 27.

Cyber Monday Offer
Maybe you really enjoy our refill mugs. If so, make sure you check out our Cyber Monday deal. With this offer, you get a refill mug—which includes $.99 refills on fountain drinks all season—with the purchase of every 2021 Dollywood season pass. If you purchase a 2021 two-park Super Pass on Nov. 30, you will receive an upgraded refill mug which provides free refills through the end of the 2021 season. The offer is available only for new online pass purchases made Monday, Nov. 30. Season Passes purchased through either offer may be used immediately for this season’s Smoky Mountain Christmas festival. The passes also receive all of the other available benefits that come with all Dollywood Season Passes.

Pre-K Pass
And, also remember that one of the most popular passes from last season—the free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass—is back for 2021, If your child was born in 2016 or 2017 they can visit Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country through the end of the 2021 season for free. Inspired by Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, this pass allows your child’s imagination to roam as they explore the fun and wonder of Dollywood. More details can be found at Dollywood.com/Pre-K. The deadline for registration is Feb. 7, 2021.

About the Author:

While he is originally from Gate City, Virginia, Wes Ramey has long considered Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains region his second home. Many weekends of the year, he would travel with his parents and grandparents to the Smokies to enjoy some his favorite attractions in the area, including the Space Needle, the Gatlinburg Sky Lift, go karts, and of course, Dollywood. Based on his love as a three-year-old for Dollywood’s Convoy ride (there is a picture on his desk), Wes first told his parents he wanted to become a truck driver when he grew up. He also enjoyed the Flooded Mine because: A.) it was the only ride his mamaw was brave enough to ride, and B.) she was usually scared halfway through! When Wes isn’t working to tell people about the awesome things you can do at Dollywood with your family (scaring your grandparents doesn’t count), he enjoys spending time with his wife Lyndsey and young children. Most of his days are filled with reading Imagination Library books and baking imaginary cupcakes for tea parties, but when he has time, he enjoys anything with wheels and an engine. While Wes doesn’t own his own race car (yet), he does enjoy watching the professionals do their thing each week. For now, he fulfills his need for speed on Lightning Rod, Thunderhead, Wild Eagle and the Rockin’ Roadway!
