Flower & Food Festival- What’s on the Menu?

Obviously, food is a huge part of our Flower & Food Festival. Curious about what’s on the menu? This is a brand-new festival with never-before-offered cuisine. You can choose from appetizers, entrees, drinks and dessert. I’ll list all festival dining items for you by location.

Spotlight Bakery

Flower & Food Festival Cookies- Dollywood’s shortbread cookies are each custom-cut and decorated by our own pastry chefs. The recipe is simple, but the designs are intricate.

Spring Blooms Cupcakes- Which spring flower will you choose? The designs are each unique, but you can count on the cupcakes to be rich vanilla with buttercream icing!

Showstreet Snacks (booth just beyond Sweet Shoppe and Candy Kitchen)

Strawberries and Cream- Fresh strawberries are thickly-sliced and macerated by sugar. They are presented to you in layers of homemade whipped cream.

Belgian Waffle (Nutella)- This Liège waffle is considered Belgium’s superior waffle because the batter is made with brioche yeast dough and studded with pearl sugar. That sugar holds its shape as the waffles bake, leaving you with glorious, crunchy bites. This waffle is topped with Nutella.

Belgian Waffle (Lemon Curd and Blueberries)- Filled with clusters of caramelized pearl sugar, this Liège waffle is light and crispy. Top it with lemon curd and blueberries for a sweet and tart treat.

Strawberry Hibiscus Refresher- Sip the essence of the season. Dollywood’s Strawberry Hibiscus will become one of your favorite ways to enjoy your visit. Something to consider when thinking of things to do this summer.

Booth beside Front Porch Cafe

Citrus Shrimp- A citrus glaze flavors our grilled shrimp. The shrimp is skewered and served over rice seasoned with turmeric and cilantro and mixed with peas.

Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroon- Is it the chocolate drizzle, the chocolate-dipped bottom or the rich, chocolate center that is going to have you asking for seconds? Buy one for now and get another [few] to go!

Strawberry Guava Quencher- Like the fruit itself, the subtle beauty of our Strawberry Guava Quencher is alluring. While it quenches your thirst, you’ll want another cup.

Booth in Market Square

Gyro- A heavily-seasoned beef and lamb mixture is spit-roasted and thinly shaved. It’s served with tzatziki sauce and pita bread.

Greek Orzo Pasta- This Greek-style salad is orzo pasta in a lemon and garlic vinaigrette with BUSH’S garbanzo beans, feta, cucumber, asparagus and fresh herbs.

Market Square Steak

Grilled Chili Lime Skirt Steak- Your taste buds are going to love this one! The steak is marinated in lime juice, garlic and dried peppers. It then sits on a grilled bread salad that is tossed with vegetables and blue cheese in a light vinaigrette.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts- Dollywood’s Brussels sprouts are easy to enjoy as they are flavorfully tossed with caramelized onions. Though sautéed and tender, there’s still a slight crunch. It’s a hearty and healthy side that’s good enough to be the star of the menu.

Toasted Coconut Cupcake- Simplicity at its tastiest: moist and rich vanilla cake with buttercream icing and topped with toasted coconut shreds. *Available at both Market Square Steak and Market Square Sausage

Market Square Sausage

Chicken Stir Fry- There’s something special about food cooked on Dollywood’s BIG SKILLET. Our chicken stir fry is flavorful and better than take out! Fresh vegetables are sautéed quickly until they are softened and tossed with fried rice, garlic and ginger.

Zucchini Fritter Cakes- Zucchini and Panko breadcrumbs come together brilliantly in this fresh-from-the-garden snack. The warm fritter cake is lightly fried and served immediately.

Booth beside Kettle Korn

Lobster Roll- This classic New England favorite is served in a split-top bun that is toasted to perfection. It is served alongside kettle chips.

Blueberry Tart- Layers of goodness: baby pie shell, lemon mousse and blueberry compote. It’s the right combination of sharp and sweet.

Blueberry-Lavender Lemonade- This is lemonade re-imagined! The purple drink has notes of softness intermingling with the twang of lemons.

Booth beside Rivertown train trestle

Italian Sandwich- Enjoy a classic Italian grinder: ham, salami, mortadella, with lettuce, tomato and onion. It’s served with pickled vegetables such as cauliflower, celery and carrots.

Charcuterie in a Cone- Light and tasty pair perfectly with spring festivals. Enjoy an assortment of cheeses, olives and smoked sausages all tossed in a Dollywood-made vinaigrette.

Blood Orange Lemonade- In this cup, the tang of lemonade is softened with a kiss of floral flavoring thanks to the blood oranges. You’ll want to linger in the shade as you sip this refreshment.

Booth between Tennessee Mountain Home and Smoky Mountain River Rampage

Pineapple Pork Sliders- Tangy, slow-cooked pulled barbeque meets the softness of a sweet roll in this delicious combination. The pineapple relish tops the slider after the fruit is sautéed with peppers, onions and herbs.
