I have some fantastic news for you. Our website just got a refresh and the improvements aren’t just aesthetically pleasing—they’re also going to simplify your relationship with us. May I introduce our NEW Dollywood Online Accounts!
This blog is for Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country Season Passholders—specifically, it’s for our most loyal guests who purchased their 2020 Season Passes before Jan. 23, 2020. (Most of those who have purchased since that time already set up their online account—that was part of the new website launch process.) But, for those who’ve been holding onto those passes for a little bit longer, there’s a way for you to now link your Season Pass to an online account. Why should you do that? Quick answer: there’s functionality that will make your life—at least, all things related to Dollywood!—a lot easier.
Immediately, it’s going to:
*Simplify online Dollywood purchases.
*Record your online order history. In simple terms, it will keep up with when you bought any add-ons, like TimeSaver passes, so you can simply show your receipt on your smart phone.
*Allow you to choose which email offers you receive (resort, theme park, water park, etc.).
*Build an itinerary for your next Dollywood visit.
In the future, it’s going to:
*Streamline your Season Pass renewal (once you enter all the information for your household, you won’t have to enter it again—unless you’re updating it!).
*Bring-A-Friend tickets will be delivered within your online account so you can access them directly to your smart phone—no more printing! That also means you don’t have to keep up with them because they are stored on your phone. They are unique to your account, which means no more wondering about validity dates and whether or not you already used them. You can just look at your account!
*Give you easy access to payment plan information (due dates, status, etc.) related to your Season Passes.
Now that I know you’re interested, let me show you how to create your own account.
*Please Note: You may have gone through some similar steps to create an account prior to Jan. 23, 2020, if, for example, you have a Gold Pass and you entered your pass number so you could receive your Gold Pass discount for online purchases. This is different. You will need to create one of these new accounts.
Start HERE by registering your account.
It looks like this:
As you register, it will ask standard questions. This is where you will select that you already have a Season Pass.
Then, it will prompt you to “link” your pass by entering your Season Pass ID number and your telephone number. You can find your Season Pass ID number on your current pass card.

Once you’re set up, you will receive an email with a validation link. Follow that link and click through to verify your email address and from there you can check out the possibilities with your new account!
If you’re logging in from Dollywood.com, look for the Account icon on the top right.
Once there, I want to call out a few of my favorite user-friendly features.
See the Benefits option? That will include your Bring-A-Friend tickets when you renew your passes for 2021. The reason they won’t be there this year is because our previous website was a different system, and unfortunately, the two systems don’t connect. You DO still have Bring-A-Friend tickets for each paid pass, but you received them through email.
The Installment Plan is where (in the future) you can track your monthly payments if you choose to stretch out the cost.
The Transaction History is where you can find the information about what you’ve purchased.
The Season Passes option is where you can add other family members to your account. Just provide their Season Pass ID numbers to link them to your account.
Remember, I mentioned that by creating this account you will streamline all your future transactions—especially when you renew your passes for the 2021 season! Once you link your pass now, you will never need to enter your ID number again.
