Dollywood is at it again—we’re trying something new we hope our guests will love. Spring Mix music series is designed for all the folks who have told us they want more music they can sing along with, so that’s what this three-week concert series is all about. Even if you may not immediately recognize names, you’ll recognize their songs.
Festival of Nations wraps up April 9. We’re closed April 10 and then when we open the park on April 11, we’ll open with the debut of Spring Mix.
Because it’s something we’ve not done before, we want to answer your questions. See if this FAQ is helpful!
What is Dollywood’s Spring Mix?
It’s a concert series that covers three genres: country the first week, inspirational the second week, and classic the third week.
Is there an additional cost to see Spring Mix artists?
Nope. Your admission into the park will give you access to all the shows throughout the festival.
There are so many great shows, I’ll use this opportunity to remind you the value of buying a Season Pass!

*These are the artists currently scheduled to appear. Performer listed first appears in DP’s Celebrity Theater; performer listed second appears at Showstreet Palace Theater. Artists at DP’s Celebrity Theater have two one-hour performances (2 and 5 p.m.), while those at Showstreet Palace Theater have three 40-minutes performances (2:30, 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.).
How many opportunities will have I have to see my favorite group?
Artists who perform in DP’s Celebrity Theater will take the stage twice for an hour.
Artists who perform in Showstreet Palace Theater will put on three shows that last 40 minutes.
How can I ensure I’ll get in to see the show I want to see?
There are three ways to be sure you get in for the performances you want to attend:
- Celebrity Theater has 1700 seats. Showstreet Palace has 1000 seats. Plan to get in line early to be sure you have a spot for the act you want to see.
- You may purchase TimeSaver These passes allow you to spend less time waiting in lines for attractions and shows. When you buy a TimeSaver, be sure you make show reservations with the TimeSaver host before you leave the TimeSaver Pass Rentals location. Having a TimeSaver does not save you a seat for shows. You must be sure your name is on the list for the shows you want to see. There is a limited number of TimeSavers sold each day, so I would make sure this is your first stop. Keep in mind, resort guests get TimeSavers included with their stay.
- Want to guarantee you have reserved seats ahead of the day of the show? You have two options: you can purchase either a VIP Package or a Dinner VIP Package. These premium seats are available for shows in DP’s Celebrity Theater.
VIP Packages- $60
This includes one guaranteed premium seat, a Spring Mix lanyard, and a 20 oz. bottle of water in the theater.
Dinner VIP Packages- $85
This package includes a dinner reservation and meal (up to $25) at Front Porch Café, one guaranteed premium seat, a Spring Mix lanyard and Spring Mix concert t-shirt.
VIP Packages and Dinner Packages may be picked up the day of the concert only.
